Als het nodig is, trek je dan terug in je eigen coconnetje waar je altijd veilig bent. Geef jezelf de tijd, rust en ruimte om sterker te worden. Weet dat alles tijdelijk is en betere tijden snel zullen verschijnen.
Geef jezelf liefde en denk na over wat jij mag veranderen in je leven. Veranderen wat jou niet meer dient en dit loslaten, zal jou bevrijding geven.
Neem rust en wees lief voor jezelf
